We founded MJ DESIGNS & CRAFT with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to MJ DESIGNS & CRAFT. Read our policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch Your Order within 2-5 working days via Hermes or Royal Mail at busier times 7 -10 working days. 

Please double check the delivery address before purchasing items, if via PayPal please make sure the delivery address is correct at check out as we cant change it afterwards. 

Anything returned to us due to will result in new delivery charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

There will be no refunds on missing packages due to incorrect address.

DELIVERY DATES ARE ESTIMATES NOT GUARANTEED!

Please contact us for information about a guaranteed delivery upgrade.

Delivery is typically 2-5 days. 

During busy periods & public holidays there can be a small delay in delivery times for your order.

If you need y0ur order before a certain date please let us know.

You will receive a dispatch email and tracking detail.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

        & RETURNS

Lost or Damaged items with the correct address applied will be remade or  refunded after an investigation is completed.

(PROCESS)

Once we receive a message from yourselves (after 10 working days of despatch) that your item hasn't been delivered we will open an investigation and contact our delivery provider.

Once our delivery provider has done their investigation and given us their response we will contact you with an explanation as to where your order is and if lost or damaged will send a replacement promptly .

As a consumer you have the right to a full refund (minus postage costs) within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is in its original packaging and cared for by you this does not include personalised items. (NOT INCLUDING PERSONALISED ITEMS) if your not completely satisfied with your order.

We want you to be happy and satisfied with our product so if there's any fault by us during the manufacturing process please contact us.
